I've been a customer for a few years and have never had a bad experience. I've had HVAC service and plumbing work done. The technicians have all been very knowledgable, professional and personable. Service has been fast, the diagnosis and repairs have been accurate. You can tell the have a lot of experience. The office staff is great. When you call for service, they treat you like a person, not a paycheck. It's rare that you find service of this caliber. Well done, Thermodyn!

Product or service reviewed: New Carrier HVAC system

Bret was excellent at getting together 3 detailed estimates for the different choices that Carrier offers and answering my many questions when we had to replace our old and broken HVAC. Ted and Lance were terrific installers and did a great job for us! They were very meticulous and went over and beyond my expectations. They cleaned out some of the old ductwork, put the outside unit on a very sturdy pad and even brought little rocks to sprinkle around it, made sure that everything was tight and secure, and checked the system thoroughly before leaving. The new system looks very sturdy and is working great! They also answered my many questions and informed me of a leak from our well tank before they left. Thank you Thermodyn for your outstanding performance and customer service!
Water Heater Install & Floor Repair

Product or service reviewed: New Rheem Water Heater
Ted and Noah came out and were just great! They had to reinforce the joists under the water heater because the existing flooring was not stable enough. They spent many hours under our house reinforcing the joists and leveling up the floor before they put the new water heater in. They did an excellent job and we now have level floors and a new water heater to replace our ancient one. Would highly recommend Thermodyn!

Woke up to my A/C not running on a 90 degree day. Called Thermodyn and 2 hours later my house was ice cold. Can't read my tech's name, but his ID was T-18 and he was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond repairing and cleaning my unit. Very reasonable pricing too. I'm now a lifelong customer.

I live in Civic Center Towers and today the management finally used common sense after four months to call in experts from your company. James and Jerry came in and worked tirelessly to resolve a situation that was made a challenge by other people that didn't have their expertise. They did an excellent job restoring as much utility as they could. Appreciate you James and Jerry. Thank you Thermodyn for sending such outstanding employees.

Called at 1:30am. Drew came out in a timely manner and we had heat by 4am. Hes quite the jokester, but made us feel really comfortable with him being here and did amazing work!!

Drew Jamison came and fixed my furnace today 1/6/22 and he did an amazing job. as soon as he came to my door i told him the problem and he already knew what was causing the problem and how to fix the issue. he did everything in a timely manner and made sure the problem was fixed before he left . thank you for sending him i will be requesting him from here on!!

We finally got a good night's sleep. We are now toasty and love it. Everyone from Kris who came out initially to the men who installed them were all very polite and considerate. We would highly recommend this company.

Product or service reviewed: Complete system replacement
Technician: Bret Lavengood, et al
We had a difficult installation due to small crawlspace access door. Other companies said they couldn't install the system with removing the garage floor. . Thermodyn did it without any problem or complaints. Installation took 3 days and we were never a night without air conditioning.

Thanks to Jerry Fivecoate for the recommendation. They showed up on time this morning, fixed the issue in my attic, and even took pics of the before and after, PLUS, they gave me a discount for being a veteran. :) Quite impressed!!!
